Meet David

Founder and Owner

Designing and creating has been a part of my life since I was a child. I remember not being able to afford a toy, so I would design and build them for my G.I. Joe’s and Hot Wheels.  As I grew, the projects changed, but my creativity has not. I have repurposed broken car parts for art, designed and built furniture, jewelry, motorcycles, and countless outdoor living spaces. Design is more than just a hobby. I studied design, but I could never figure out what I wanted to do with the knowledge and skill set until I started in the outdoor living field. I worked as a designer for a contractor, but I found this to be very limiting because I was doing what is best for the contractor not necessarily for the client. I was also confined to what product they worked with. As an independent designer I am free to work with all types of vegetation and hardscape materials. This allows for unlimited potential in designing outdoor living spaces.

When I'm not working, I'm just your average Colorado Native. I enjoy spending time outdoors with my lovely wife and goofy dogs. You'll often find me camping, hiking, biking, or cruising the mountains with my wife on the motorcycle.

I'm excited to meet you and see how your story can contribute to your design.
